On March 12, 2025, fifteen fifth-year Electronic and Computer Engineering (ECE) students participated in an insightful mentorship session with SEACOM. As part of a broader initiative to bridge the gap between academia and industry, this session provided students with invaluable practical knowledge, career guidance, and essential networking opportunities to support their professional growth.
The students had the privilege of engaging with industry leaders, including Parag Patil, SEACOM’s Managing Director for Kenya & Regional Chief Commercial Officer, along with esteemed professionals Doreen Mburung’a, Abel Nabiswa, Kyalo Mutisya, Muoki Lumumba, and Alvin Kimoita Makanga.
